Houston Area Parents, Community Leaders, and Providers

You’re invited to share your experience with Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services, including successes and challenges with the screening and referral process. Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) is a statewide program for families with children, birth to three (0-3), with disabilities and developmental delays.  From 2010-2015, ECI enrollment fell 32% in Harris County and enrollment decreases disproportionately impacted Black children in the Houston area.  See the released report by Texans Care for Children.
